My clients often start working with me because they feel overwhelmed by anxiety, stress, depression, grief, trauma, or a medical diagnosis of some kind. I primarily use an eclectic style that focuses on the integration of the body, mind, and spirit while providing holistic trauma-informed care.
My goal is to provide a safe, comfortable place free of judgment where we can build on your existing skills. I use evidence-based interventions, focusing on rational reasoning to help you get from where you are to where you want to be. Many of my clients are highly motivated to change and appreciate a scientific approach to achieving their goals.
I earned my Master’s of Social Work degree from Wayne State University and a Bachelor’s degree from Baker College. I am also trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and certified as a Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP). I have experience working in private practice and as a medical social worker.
