Aubrey Grant, MA, LLPC, CRC, RYT

Aubrey works with children, ages 6-12, teenagers and adults. She has experience working with anxiety, depression and trauma, particularly childhood trauma from abuse or neglect. Other areas of specialization include parenting, helping people with chronic medical conditions maintain good mental health and working on other areas of wellness such as stress management and weight management.  

Aubrey provides a space of ease and openness to work through struggles you are experiencing. She uses a variety of approaches in discovering the root of emotional discomfort and the most effective way to come to resolution and healing.  She approaches her clients with warmth, compassion and humor to find that place of healing Aubrey is also a certified yoga therapy instructor, so her approach is grounded in the mind and body connection.  

Aubrey received her Master’s degree in Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling and Mental Health Counseling from Wayne State University. Her prior experience in the mental health field was at the VA Medical Center and at the Wayne State Counseling Center. Before earning her master’s Aubrey worked at the Genessee Intermediate School District as a Nutritional Education Facilitator.
