Kelly works with adults and adolescents 15 and older. She specializes in Trauma work, especially those who have experienced complex trauma from childhood. Other areas of specialization include anxiety, depression, and somatic disorders.
Kelly’s approach is grounded in attachment therapy, and she works with clients to help them feel safe and connected with themselves, others, and their sense of purpose. Her work is trauma informed, and she integrates somatic experiencing and attachment therapy in sessions. Kelly’s clients find her very down to earth, and this makes it comfortable and safe for them in therapy.
Kelly graduated from Michigan State University and has 10 years of experience as a therapist, primarily in traditional settings. Her other experience includes training and working as an equine therapist.
