I work with children, adolescents and adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, and trauma. Specific areas of work include relapse prevention after recovery, religious trauma recovery, spirituality, issues of young adulthood and behavioral addictions. I connect with clients through deep listening to really understand their experiences, and then begin to work with them to recognize patterns and ways to make changes. I work with my clients to discover new perspectives and try new behaviors that help create the change they want in their life.
I earned my Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Eastern Michigan University. I have previous experience in outpatient and inpatient clinics and an addiction treatment facility.
